Season 2:
Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres), the managing partner at Pearson-Hardman, learns Mike's secret and other issues arise when co-founding partner, Daniel Hardman (David Costabile) returns to the firm with the intent of taking it back from Jessica. Harvey his secretary Donna Paulson (Sarah Rafferty) then face accusations of burying evidence which Daniel uses to help his cause of taking Jessica out of the firm, and with the intensifying threat, it forces Jessica into a merger with a British firm headed by Edward Darby (Conleth Hill).

Season 3:
With Edward coming into the picture, leverage for Harvey arises in to seek a position as a name partner. Meanwhile, the merger causes Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) to clash with his British counterpart. Harvey is also then put into a lengthy trial against his former mentor, which leads to a murder charge and the arrest of Edward's 'fixer', Stephen Huntley (Max Beesley) who had a short relationship with Donna till this point. Rachel at this point is also accepted into the law school at Columbia and along with Mike they move in together. However, realising that Mike cannot live this life of fraud for forever, he chooses to go another career path in investment banking.

Season 4:
Mike's new job places him and Harvey on opposite sides of a takeover battle, causing the SEC to accuse them of collusion. Mike is then fired and Louis goes to extreme lengths sacrificing his reward to bring back Mike to Pearson-Spectre, which ultimately puts him in debt with a shady billionaire investor of Charles Forstman (Eric Roberts). Louis then finds out that Mike never went to Harvard law or any law school for that fact, and blackmails Jessica into giving him a name partner promotion. And towards the end Mike proposes to Rachel and Donna leaves Harvey to work for Louis.

Season 5:
Harvey struggles to accept and keeps denying the fact that Donna has left him to work for Louis and begins to open up to a therapist about this broken relationship with his mother. Realising that coming back to Pearson-Spectre would still be fraud, Mike chooses to resign, but just as he does so, he is arrested. The lawyer on the other side, Anita Gibbs (Leslie Hope) is very tenacious and eager to bring down anyone who had the slightest knowledge of Mike's secret. With not wanting anyone else to be jailed, Mike turns himself over with a deal with Anita keeping his friends out of jail, where at the wedding, Mike tells Rachel that he will marry her in two years after he gets out of prison. The season ends with Harvey escorting Mike to prison before making their last few words, "Time to get busy living or get busy dying."

Season 6:

Rachel starts to work with Jessica on a pro bono case which distracts her from matters at the firm, and later chooses to leave her position to pursue her own life. Mike is then let out early and Harvey tries to persuade him to come back to Pearson-Spectre-Litt, but refuses and obtains a job at a legal clinic. With Mike seeing his fellow lawyers at the clinic fail to help those in need, Harvey, Rachel, and Jessica all help Mike pass the bar and persuades Mike to come back to the firm.

Season 7:

Season 7 Episode 11 'Hard Truths'

With Jessica's help getting Mike into the bar, it exposed her to disbarment because she admitted in front of the New York State Bar Committee that she knew about Mike's fraud the whole time. Due to her disbarment, the firm struggles to deal with it. Harvey also is struggling with his relationship with his ex-therapist, Paula Agard (Christina Cole) because of the kiss at the end of season 7 episode 10 with Donna. Meanwhile Alex gives Mike a big client and regrets it.

The Kiss...
Harvey wants to put the kiss behind him as quick as possible, but with him doing that it seems that it only makes things worse. Coming back from the kiss, back home, Paula is there and he impulsively asks her to move in with her and chooses not to tell her about the kiss with Donna. He tries to avoid the topic at all costs and focus on work, but it just seems to keep catching up to him and it causes Donna to shut down at work as well since she wants to talk to Harvey about it but he refuses to do so.

Old Partner...
Harvey and Louis must restructure the firm in order to pick them selves back up after Jessica's disbarment and get Jessica paid in a specific way that Jessica wanted. In order for them to dissolve and restructure, they need former partner, Stanley Gordon's sign off, and for that to happen, they need to help Stanley with his problem. However, when Harvey comes through on his end of the deal with helping Stanley, then he sees Stanley's true colours, understanding that he really wants and that is for him to come back to the firm and put his name on the wall.

Old Partner [4]

Harvey Sort Of Confronts His Feelings
Harvey torpedoes Donna with an interview with a new potential senior partner to help him stay away from the topic of the kiss and her, which causes things to come to a head between them. Donna confronts Harvey about he kiss, and questions him as to why, if the kiss meant nothing, he hasn't told Paula. Donna has unintentionally messed with his relationship and because of it, Harvey at this point can't trust her judgement in which he has for the past decade.

Harvey And Paula, The Kiss...
Harvey finally tells Paula that Donna kissed him and that it meant nothing and apologised for taking him so long to tell her because he was scared of what she would think or do. She isn't pleased because she has always been jealous and weary about Donna even though she has said multiple times Donna does not bother her.

Harvey And Paula, The Kiss [6]

Mike's New Big Client, Quality Foods...
As a thank you for a previous case, Alex gives Mike a big client, Quality Foods, who are having issues with their refrigeration suppliers. Alex prefers that Mike maintain the relationship instead of digging for wrongdoings as Mike suspects. At first, Rachel is on Alex's side about maintaining the relationship, however she eventually comes around and finds compelling evidence of major wrongdoing, which it doesn't take long for Mike and Rachel to bring them down.

Mike's New Big Client, Quality Foods [7]

Badmouthing Jessica...
Louis realises that Stanley doesn't really want back into the firm, rather he wants to see Jessica suffer. So in order to get Stanley to sign off and get Jessica her money, Louis and Harvey have to send out a press release badmouthing Jessica about her disbarment. Harvey struggles to accept that it is the only option they have, but in the end does so after talking to Jessica about it, with no hard feelings, only doing what is the only way to let the firm survive.

Harvey Faces The Whole Truth...
Donna talking to Louis makes her realise that in this instance, there's nothing she can do but say sorry as she has not done that this whole time. Donna apologises to Harvey and this causes Harvey to face the truth and reevaluate his own feelings, including the truth about his complicated relationship with Donna, and eventually the two reconcile. And with that Harvey chooses to tell Paula the whole truth, the full history about him and Donna, to which foreshadows problems with him and Paul's relationship in later episodes.

Signing off, till next week! - Yoshi
